빨리 처리될겁니다.
저 같은 경우도 몇 주전에 번들 환불 때문에 문의해 봤는데 그 날 바로 해주더라고요.
영업 시간이 미국 기준으로 아침 9시부터이고 한국 기준으로 밤 10시 정도니까
그 전에 필요한 사항 다 보내 놓으셨으면 빠르게 해결될겁니다.
정상적으로 support 등록되었다고 기다리라네요 :)
