그러나 저는 새해 첫 날부터 에픽 때문에 빡치네요...ㅎㅎ

에픽 쿠폰으로 디비전 2를 미국 스토어에서 샀다가 유비 계정 연결 때문에 환불 진행 중입니다.

29일에 처음으로 환불 요청했다가 인보이스 아이디 달라고 해서 줬더니 아래와 같이 답이 왔습니다.

In order to investigate your Refund request in depth I would need you to provide me with the following details:

1) The Email Address associated with your Epic Games Account
2) Your current Epic Games account display name
3) The First and Last names of the Epic Games Account owner
4) The platform AND display name of any external accounts currently connected to your Epic Games Account, if applicable (Google, Facebook, Twitch, PSN, Xbox, and Switch accounts)
5) The name of the game that you would like to see refunded as well as the Invoice number (starts with A+ 9 to 10 numbers)

아니, 이걸 전부다 달라니 말이 되는겁니까? 스팀은 사유 하나 적으면 땡인데, 진짜 너무하다 싶네요.

하도 어이가 없어서 이번에는 한국 센터에 문의했습니다. 좀 나았으면 좋겠네요.

게임은 사놓고 플레이도 못하고 에픽은 다시는 쳐다도 보지 않을 생각입니다...
