Dear Steam Customer,



We are writing because you tried to purchase either of the following products on Steam prior to 9AM Pacific Time on August 21st (1AM Korea Time on August 22nd):



· Shadow of the Tomb Raider Deluxe Edition bundle

· Shadow of the Tomb Raider Croft Edition bundle



Unfortunately during that time there was an error in the setup of the bundles on Steam, such that your pre-purchase only included, and you were only charged for, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, and not the other content that should have been part of your pre-purchase. That other content may have included the Deluxe Extras, Croft Edition Extras, and/or Season Pass, depending on the bundle you were trying to purchase.



We have since corrected this issue, and you can now pre-purchase the remaining content by “completing the set” of the bundle. By doing so, you will only be charged for the remaining content that should have been included in your initial pre-purchase.
